We take our calling serious as a missionary sending agency. While we are an organization, we function more like a family. At our core, we are driven by relationship. Whether you are expressing interest or serve as a missionary for 20 years, we want to walk with you personally.

We are not a discipleship school or a program for new Believers. We look for people who have developed a spiritual maturity and are in a place of emotional health. This includes a strong prayer life, understanding of the Bible, and a life free from addictions.

Being a missionary has many challenging aspects to it, including a faith-filled lifestyle, culture shock, and spiritual warfare. We expect our missionaries to receive feedback with open ears and a soft heart. As an organization, we are very hands off and do not control our missionaries. However, when we give feedback, we expect a humble attitude.
